Terms & Conditions
|
Online
orders
- We
will not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is,
or appears to be, under the age of 18.
- Promotional
offers and prices are as stated & are subject
to availability.
- We
reserve the right not to accept your order.
- All
orders must be inspected within 7 days of delivery,
and any damages made known to ourselves within said
period. This does not affect your statutory rights
as a consumer.
Delivery
- Delivery
will be within seven days of your order, except
for Scottish highlands which may take two extra
days.
- We
use an independent carrier to deliver your order.
The carrier will leave a calling card if there is
nobody available to accept the delivery. Our Carrier
will only deliver twice, after which you will become
responsible for arranging direct with them for collection
of your order.
- There
is no charge for UK mainland delivery Monday - Friday.
Prices
& Payment
- All
prices are inclusive of VAT@17.5%

Online Payments are Processed through WorldPay.com
- Your
payment will be made to 'Sparkling Direct' (this
will show on your card statement)
Cancellations
- Your
right to cancel starts from the day the contract
is made and ends on the expiry of 7 working days
after your delivery has been received. This is in
accordance with the Distance Selling Regulation
2000.
- A
full refund (including postage and packaging) will
be made to you within 30 days of cancellation.
- Sparkling
Direct requests that the goods are returned. If
they are not we will collect them and deduct the
direct cost from the refund
Complaints

Should
you have a complaint about our service or Products,
Please write to: Complaints at Sparkling Direct,
MPR House, Unit 5, Island Farm Avenue, West Molesey,
Surrey, KT8 2UZ. We will Endeavour to reply to all
corespondance within Five Working Days.
