(Q) Where do you Deliver?
We offer a UK Mainland and Northern
Ireland delivery service.

(Q) How quickly can you deliver?
We offer Next day delivery on orders
placed Monday - Thursday before 3pm (GMT). Orders
placed after 3pm on a Thursday through to 3pm on the
following Monday will be delivered on the Tuesday.

(Q) Can you deliver on a Saturday?
We can deliver on Saturday's if your
order is placed before 3pm on the Friday before. Saturday
delivery is not Free of Charge, it costs £14.99
and
can be selected from the delivery options drop down
box before clicking the order online button.
Saturday delivery is guaranteed before noon. Some
Depots in Northern Ireland and remote parts of Scotland
do not offer a Saturday service.

(Q) Between which times do you
deliver?
Our
Couriers deliver between 8.30am and 5.30pm to business
addresses and between 8.30am and 8pm to residential
addresses, we cannot specify an actual time as the
drivers routes change daily. We can offer a Guaranteed
before noon service, it costs £9.99 and can
be selected from the delivery options drop down box
before clicking the order online button.

(Q) What happens if the recipient
is out?
Should
the recipient be out when our courier attempts delivery,
The driver will try to deliver to a neighbour and
post a card through the letterbox advising the recipient
which neighbour they have left the parcel with.
If the parcel is unable to be left with a neighbour
the driver will post a card through the letter box
inviting the recipient to telephone our courier to
arrange either;
A
Collection from the nearest depot, which is available
the working day after the card was left.
Re-delivery
to the origonal address during normal hours 8.30am
- 5.30pm.
Any
Parcels not delivered or collected within five days
will automatically be returned to ourselves.

(Q) Can the parcel be left safe
ie. in the porch?
As
a security measure we require a signature on receipt
of delivery, therefore we will not take instructions
from the recipient to leave the parcel safe unless
we have written authorisation from the sender.

(Q) Can I Track my Order?
You
will be able to track your order from the moment it
leaves our distribution centre. Orders are scanned
onto vans and this is the point from which our tracker
page works. Please enter your order id number, this
will be a 7 digit number.

(Q) My order is showing goods
out for delivery?
Our
Courier Initial City Link will update their tracking
system from, 'Goods weighed at depot' to 'goods out
for delivery' once the parcel has been scanned by
the driver who will be delivering your order. Once
your order has been delivered, the time of delivery,
signature and name will be entered onto the system.
This can take several hours to update and for remote
locations can take upto 24 hours. We track all orders
throughout our day to prevent any delay in parcels
being delivered. If we are informed of any problems
or possible delays then we will contact you at the
earliest possible stage, orders being delivered on
Fridays and Saturdays will be updated on the following
Monday.
